THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE THERAPY

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Therapeutic Massage Therapy is used to relieve stress in the body, encourage relaxation, relax muscles, improving flexibility and range of motion, manage or stop pain, and lowering blood pressure.  This type of therapy boosts the body’s lymphatic (immune) system, which increases overall health and gets rid of irritating pains.  It is used most commonly in stopping chronic pain and creating a more healthy and relaxed way of life.

 .

Treatments may include weekly or monthly massages as well as a well-developed exercise program that will build muscle, relieve pain, protect against new injuries, promote joint health, and increase range of motion.  Many professional and nonprofessional athletes use massage therapy to enhance their athletic performance and keep the body flexible and functioning properly.

 .

The relaxation of muscles relieves stiffness and tension within the muscles, causing the entire body to feel more rested.  Consistent massage therapy is proven to decrease diastolic and systolic blood pressure, which leads to a significant decrease in the odds of having a stroke, heart attack or other blood pressure related illnesses.  Massage therapy improves overall health and wellness and provides a wide range of benefits.

WELCOME Lorrie Cole to our Bucks County Office . . .
